Welcome to Espiritual Nexus ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our meditation and spiritual wellness platform.

By accessing or using Espiritual Nexus, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Account Information: Name, email address, username, password, and profile picture
• Payment Information: Billing address, payment card details (processed securely through third-party payment processors)
• Profile Data: Meditation preferences, wellness goals, stress levels, and personalized settings
• Communication Data: Messages, feedback, and support inquiries you send to us
• Careers Applications: Contact details, the position applied for, your application description, and your PDF CV, delivered to our recruitment inbox

2.2 Usage Information

We automatically collect information about your interaction with our platform:

• Session Data: Meditation sessions completed, duration, frequency, and progress tracking
• Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
• Analytics Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on platform, and user behavior patterns
• Location Data: General geographic location based on IP address (not precise GPS location)

2.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage patterns, and deliver personalized content. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on public forms to distinguish human submissions from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical browser and device signals for this security check. Our server sends the verification token to Cloudflare, not the contents of your form. Browser-only calculators keep your birth details and quiz answers in your browser. The standalone Kundali suite calculates on our server without persisting public generator reports. If you opt into saving your personal Kundali in Profile Settings, we store the birth inputs and calculated report in your profile. Optional astrology-informed personalization and sharing relevant context with assigned session professionals have separate controls; saving a chart does not enable marketing or send it to an AI provider. Turning chart storage off and saving removes those chart inputs and the report, but does not remove your ordinary profile date of birth. You can export your saved chart with your account data. Optional dashboard practice recommendations store your selected practice goal, available time, experience and language, along with your latest recommendation relevance ratings and dismissed videos. A compact current snapshot summarizes reported video completion and relevance feedback, along with factual completed meditation/coaching appointments and your latest acknowledged shared outcome versions. Session usefulness indicators use your optional ratings of those current acknowledged versions, with response counts; averages are withheld below three responses. No outcome text, private disclosures or trainer-authored focus labels enter these indicators or marketing targeting. The snapshot is updated in place, not used to diagnose stress or measure treatment outcomes. If you separately enable astrology-informed personalization, your saved natal chart may suggest an optional reflection question, but you choose the practice goal. Turning practice recommendations off clears the selected goal, snapshot and recommendation feedback; ordinary watch history, favourites, appointments and separately saved session feedback remain. This feature does not enable marketing, share data with session professionals, or send data to Gemini. You can export this information with your account data or remove it through account deletion.

New appointment completions record the time staff marks attendance complete. This is not necessarily the actual session finish time. Older completed appointments without a reliable recorded timestamp appear as date unknown and are excluded from rolling 30-day completion counts; we do not infer dates from schedules or edits. Future recorded timestamps are flagged for reconciliation and excluded from dated counts. Dashboard reads or an explicit refresh recompute the current snapshot; acknowledgment/rating changes refresh it too. Snapshot dates show when evidence was computed, not a promise of live monitoring. These reads and outcome responses send no promotional email or AI request.

Separate, off-by-default engagement tools save your optional weekly goals, practice-fit/accessibility ratings, next-week intention and private journal. Weeks begin Monday at 00:00 UTC. Factual milestones count different videos with retained dated reported completions, not repeated sessions, spiritual progress or wellbeing. Only the account owner can read journals through these tools; they are not end-to-end encrypted and are never sent to AI, trainers or marketing. Delete individual saved weeks or turn engagement off to erase all goals and reflections. Existing favorites and playback history remain until removed separately or through account deletion. Recommendation skips and fewer-category choices can be reset; they affect ordinary practice selection, not email or paid-offer targeting.

The separately controlled Traditional Practices & Remedies library defaults to neither tradition. You may choose traditional, non-astrological or both kinds, dismiss entries and save optional clarity, enjoyment, accessibility, fit and similar interest feedback. Published entries require human review of sources, instructions, limitations and free alternatives. No Kundali inference, efficacy scoring, AI, marketing, trainer sharing or accessory sales uses these choices or feedback. Turning the library off clears responses; revised content requires fresh feedback. Account export includes engagement records, journals, favorites and library choices; account deletion removes these optional records.

Optional reviewed reflection questions are separately off by default. With current chart permission and a customer-confirmed precise birth time, an ascendant topic may select a reviewed neutral practice-interest question, never an answer or a personality, distress or marketing label. Approximate/unknown time uses actual reviewed generic content instead. We retain exact question/version and interpretive origin separately from your controlled answer, skip or not-relevant response. Reconfirmation is manual after 90 days, content changes or a conflicting practice preference; answers never automatically change recommendations or marketing. Turning questions off erases responses and optional AI results.

Optional dated session check-ins collect your chosen focus, support format, participation needs and, if you choose, a self-reported stress number from 0 to 10 for the past 24 hours. This is not a clinical assessment, urgency or risk score. Save before the booking's authoritative start; at 24 hours the report is stale and excluded from new AI drafts. Check-ins stay private unless separately shared with the currently assigned professional under current account sharing permission. You may select one owned, current acknowledged shared outcome; only its controlled focus, delivered-practice and next-action categories, publication date and version are included, never shared summary text. Changed or withdrawn source continuity is excluded from professional/AI reads and makes dependent drafts stale. Check-ins and stress are excluded from marketing. Withdrawal erases the check-in and draft.

Separate purpose approval and account AI permission allow explicit requests for optional unreviewed AI question wording or explanations of the current deterministic practice selection. Gemini receives reviewed question wording/language or selected practice facts/reason, not charts, birth data, answer history, journals or notes. An extended session draft additionally requires separate approval to send fresh shared check-in and selected dated continuity facts. Saving a check-in and dashboard reads make no provider call. Output is optional, may be wrong, and cannot replace reviewed content, choose products or change your preferences; session drafts still require professional review. Withdrawing account AI/professional permission clears narrower approvals and affected drafts/results; re-enabling does not restore them. Account export/deletion includes/removes these optional records. Minimal AI usage and budget accounting is retained without user, appointment or source identifiers after account deletion. No new reminders, email campaigns or background refreshes are introduced.

The interface can use your browser language or your language-control selection. When the effective interface language is English, no automatic translation request is made. Other valid language selections use Gemini to translate application-authored interface text and allowlisted public, published catalog or reviewed-library display text. The browser sends source identifiers, not arbitrary page text. Shared database translations are cached by source, language and translation version, without customer identifiers. Private input, journals, birth details and saved AI responses are excluded. Newly requested optional AI responses can be generated directly in the selected browser language under their existing purpose permissions; saved responses stay in their original language. Branding stays unchanged. English originals remain available and authoritative if translation is unsupported, unavailable or inaccurate. A language choice for public browsing is stored locally in your browser. While logged in, a temporary preview takes precedence over your saved account language, otherwise your browser language is used. Without a saved preference, first login follows the browser without saving automatically. You can explicitly save or clear an account interface-language preference in Account Settings. That preference applies across devices and is included in account export and erased on deletion. Guest choices remain separate. Any valid language can be attempted; translation quality is not guaranteed. Translation does not enable marketing or change your saved practice preferences.

Your explicitly saved account language also selects translations of authored email templates. Email translation sends only template wording and protected placeholders to Gemini, not recipient names, addresses, messages, payment details, verification codes or links. Those values are inserted locally. Shared template translations use the existing cache and AI budget. Emails use English when no account language is saved or translation is unavailable. Verification and password-reset emails use cached translations only; missing template translations can be prepared after the request without holding up delivery for AI. Private message content stays original. This does not change notification preferences or marketing consent.

A further off-by-default educational-content choice lets you explicitly select one current confirmed question answer. Administrator-reviewed links connect that question version and your chosen practice interest to reviewed library entry versions in the same language. Kundali may have selected the original question topic, but your confirmed answer—not an inferred condition—governs this connection. We retain the selected response reference, purpose wording and revision. Library tradition choices and dismissals remain effective; no matching reviewed link means no suggested content. Source edits suspend links until fresh review; stale or conflicting answers are excluded. Turning questions or the library off clears the selection; withdrawing chart permission/personalization clears chart-origin selections, without automatic restoration. You can withdraw this educational choice independently, export it or remove it with account deletion. Educational consent alone never enables sales. No price targeting, health/personality inference, efficacy scoring, fasting/ingestible recommendations, psychological monitoring, AI, emails or trainer sharing is added.

A separate off-by-default optional catalog choice can show one human-reviewed ordinary mat, cushion, cloth or journal connected to your current selected educational interest, never directly to a chart or inferred need. Free alternatives remain available and purchasing is unnecessary. We store separate consent wording/revision and dismissed product references. Verified adult eligibility, your explicit profile country, current catalog availability/prices, purchase history and unresolved support/refunds determine eligibility; no psychological profiling or personalized pricing is used. Product-copy or educational-source changes suspend suggestions until fresh review. Product withdrawal erases its dismissals without removing education; changing or withdrawing the selected education and dependent source permissions clears product consent, with no automatic reenrollment. Dismissals otherwise persist until you explicitly restore them. Export/deletion covers these preferences and dismissals. Links use existing product pages and ordinary checkout; no automatic cart additions, new emails, AI requests or marketing tracking are introduced.

Individual guided purchases retain the item and accepted profile-country MXN price version, streaming terms version, purchase reference, payment reference and payment or reversal timestamps. These records verify streaming rights, prevent duplicate payments and support accounting and mandatory remedies. They are included in your account export. Account deletion disables access but retains financial evidence under the anonymized account, like other commerce records. An owned item may be recommended under your existing practice opt-in, and existing library invitations avoid promoting an already-owned item. A purchase does not enable marketing, create a new campaign or share Kundali information with Stripe.

Guided-content remedy requests store the complaint category and your submitted details, customer-visible Support investigation and accountant decision reasons, reviewer identities, amounts, provider references, execution status and audit events. Only you and authorized Support/Finance staff can view the remedy workflow. Avoid including birth details, private session disclosures or payment-card data in a complaint. Unresolved complaints and uncertain or failed refunds suppress existing consent-based marketing without creating a new audience or campaign. Account export includes remedy evidence. Deleting the account clears optional complaint/review text and related review-event details; required financial references, amounts, review identities and statuses remain under the anonymized account.

Authorized Marketing staff and administrators can view site-wide aggregate counts of recorded promotional-message states, retained suppression preferences and cart dismissals, individual guided payments/complaints and accountant refund requests. Reports use fixed dated windows and current record totals, without customer identities, individual purchase details, complaint text, private session content, charts or birth data. Required financial records retained after anonymization remain included in operational counts; deleted optional marketing/preferences records do not become permanent tracking history. This reporting creates no new tracking, customer targeting, campaign, profiling permission or external data transfer.

Optional individual guided-content purchase suggestions have a separate dashboard choice that starts off, independent of ordinary practice recommendations and email consent. We store that choice, wording version, revision/time and item dismissals. Matching uses only your explicitly chosen practice interest, duration, experience and language, current profile country/prices, verified existing access and reviewed catalogue metadata. It pauses for unresolved support/refund/payment issues; it does not read chart information, private notes or shared outcome text. You can dismiss or explicitly restore paid suggestions. Turning the choice off clears its dismissals; turning ordinary practice recommendations off also disables paid suggestions. Re-enabling ordinary practice does not restore paid consent. Account export includes these optional records, and account deletion removes them. No suggestion display, refresh or dismissal starts an email, AI call or payment.

Account permission choices

Signup includes required Terms acceptance and separate optional choices for AI-assisted personalization/session preparation, Kundali-informed personalization, approved session context sharing with your assigned professional and personalized promotional emails. All optional choices start unchecked. We store the choices, wording version, update timestamp and signup Terms version/acceptance timestamp with your account. Existing accounts are not automatically opted into AI, broader professional sharing or marketing, nor given an invented Terms acceptance.

You can change these choices in Profile Settings and export them with account data. Chart storage and chart-specific sharing controls remain additional requirements. Withdrawing account-level Kundali or professional permission also disables the relevant chart-specific permission. Declining AI or marketing does not disable ordinary browsing, booking or customer-selected non-AI practice recommendations. Signup permission alone makes no Gemini call and activates no marketing campaign. Optional Gemini session preparation is limited to selected goals and practice preferences; full charts, raw birth inputs, contact details, payments and private professional notes are outside this scope. Withdrawal stops future authorized use but does not undo processing already performed.

If you explicitly enable personalized marketing and customer-selected practice preferences, saving those choices or recording a completed guided practice may trigger a promotional email. We match your stated goal, duration, experience and language to published practices, starting with a free option and sometimes an optional paid-library subscription. This adult-only pilot uses your profile birth date solely to check declared age, not to build astrological or health audiences. Private notes, wellbeing answers and chart-derived interpretations are not marketing inputs and are not included in these messages.

For completed in-person meditation or spiritual coaching appointments, your currently assigned instructor may publish a short customer-visible outcome when professional sharing is enabled. It records your confirmed focus, the delivered practice and an agreed optional next action, not private disclosures or a clinical assessment. You can acknowledge the summary, give or clear optional usefulness feedback, and contact your instructor or support for corrections. Edits create a new version; feedback and approvals remain tied to their original version.

Proposed practice preferences do not change your profile until you explicitly apply them. Applying requires practice recommendations to be enabled separately and never enables AI, professional sharing or marketing permission. These outcome actions do not trigger marketing email or send data to AI. Withdrawing professional sharing blocks instructor access and further publication; you can still view your saved outcomes. Account exports include outcome versions and your responses, and account deletion removes these optional continuity records. Usefulness is self-reported experience, not a health or effectiveness score.

We send at most one personalized promotional email per seven days across these journeys, with a 30-day cooldown for the same journey. Consent, email preferences, purchased access, dismissals and unresolved support or refund issues are rechecked before sending. Each message has a login-free unsubscribe link; simply opening the confirmation page does not change your choices. Unsubscribing stops promotional emails, not operational booking or account messages. You can also stop an individual journey in Account Settings under Notifications, or withdraw marketing permission in Profile Settings.

We store campaign version, source-event and permission/preference revision evidence, delivery state and suppression records. Unsubscribe tokens are stored as hashes. Account exports include your marketing message and suppression records; account deletion removes these optional records after disabling the account. These selections and delivery records are not personality, stress or wellbeing scores.

The cart may show one administrator-reviewed optional product complement based on items you selected for the cart. This contextual suggestion does not use your chart, practice goals, private notes or inferred wellbeing, and does not subscribe you to marketing email. Your selected profile country is checked against the pairing's explicitly supported destinations, without changing the MXN charge currency. Existing purchases, dismissals and unresolved support or refund issues suppress unsuitable suggestions. Nothing is added to your cart automatically.

Choosing "Not interested" stores the complementary product you dismissed for your account across pairings. You can restore dismissed complements from the cart. Account data exports include these dismissal records, and account deletion removes them. Catalogue stock, final pricing and your delivery address are still checked separately before payment.

When enabled, saving preparation for an eligible confirmed and paid meditation or coaching booking can send the service and your selected preferences to Google Gemini. Both AI and professional-sharing permissions are required. We save the preparation, current draft and review metadata with the booking. Only you and its assigned instructor account can access the current draft; professional review is required before use. Reading your dashboard does not trigger generation. Withdrawing either permission clears saved drafts. Account export includes your preparation records; account deletion removes them while retaining deidentified quota and budget totals. These drafts are preference-based aids, not diagnoses or assessments of stress.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

4.3 Business Transfers
