2. Subscription Services Refunds
2.1 Free Trial Period
We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. During this period, you can cancel your subscription at any time without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged for the subscription plan you selected.
2.2 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle
- No refunds will be provided for partial months of service
- Your subscription will not automatically renew for the next billing period
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
2.3 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for a 12-month period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions:
- Within 30 Days: Full refund available if you are not satisfied with our services, no questions asked
- After 30 Days: No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time, but will retain access until the end of your annual period
- Pro-rata Refunds: Not available after the 30-day guarantee period
2.4 Lifetime Access Plans
Lifetime access plans are one-time purchases that provide permanent access to our platform. These purchases are eligible for a refund within 60 days of purchase if:
- You have used less than 20% of the available content
- You have not downloaded more than 5 meditation videos or audio files
- You provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction
- After 60 days, all lifetime access purchases are final and non-refundable
3. Digital Products and Content
3.1 Meditation Videos and Audio Programs
Individual meditation videos, audio programs, and digital courses purchased separately from subscriptions are eligible for refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 14 Days: Full refund if you have accessed less than 25% of the content
- Technical Issues: Full refund if the content is defective, corrupted, or significantly different from the description
- After 14 Days: No refunds will be provided unless there are exceptional circumstances
- Downloaded Content: Once content has been fully downloaded or accessed, it is generally not eligible for refund
3.2 E-Books and Guides
Digital books, meditation guides, and educational materials are refundable within 7 days of purchase if:
- The content is materially different from what was advertised
- The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed due to technical issues on our end
- You have not downloaded or accessed more than 10% of the content
4. Physical Wellness Products
4.1 Meditation Accessories and Wellness Items
Physical products such as meditation cushions, yoga mats, crystals, incense, and other wellness items can be returned within 30 days of delivery:
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to opened or used items
4.2 Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

- We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you

5. Meditation Center Bookings and Events
5.1 Class and Session Cancellations
Bookings for in-person meditation classes, workshops, and individual sessions:
- 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund or credit toward future sessions
- 24-48 Hours Notice: 50% refund or full credit toward future sessions
- Less than 24 Hours: No refund, but may reschedule once based on availability
- No-Show: No refund or credit provided
5.2 Retreat and Multi-Day Event Cancellations
For meditation retreats, intensive programs, and multi-day events:
- 60+ Days Before: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee
- 30-59 Days Before: 75% refund
- 15-29 Days Before: 50% refund
- Less than 15 Days: No refund, but may transfer to another participant
5.3 Event Cancellation by Espiritual Nexus
If we cancel or significantly modify an event:
- You will receive a full refund of all fees paid
- We will notify you at least 7 days in advance when possible
- We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs you may have incurred
6. How to Request a Refund
6.1 Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Espiritual Nexus account
- Navigate to "Account Settings" → "Billing & Subscriptions"
- Click on "Request Refund" next to the relevant purchase
- Complete the refund request form with the required information
